Moss in winter

One icy morning the yard was beautiful with ice, trees and bushes sparkling in the sun. But I looked closely at the moss which was covered with ice and it looked like holiday decorations lighting up. What was left of the moss fruiting structures were encapusulated in spheres of ice droplets. Some photos below.
